Please if you can advise me about cortesol surges

Please help
I get horrible painful surges of cortesol in the morning at first with me and sometimes during the day. They are so debilitating and I have lost the ability to function in my life anymore. It is cost problems that are so bad. Please let me know if you have any advice of who to go to or how to deal with these cortisol surges.
He started about 2 1/2 months ago before that I was a healthy active 70-year-old playing pickle ball and enjoying life.
No, I don’t even leave my house.
I have PTSD and sometimes I can get so upset that it causes a surge.
Please help

Hello, I'm sorry you're going through this. Excuse me, but have you already been diagnosed with high cortisol? Initially, I would recommend you see an endocrinologist.
