Hey there, I’m type 1 and haven’t been officially diagnosed with neuropathy, but have something. I have been diagnosed with B12 deficiency and post covid syndrome. Don’t have pain, but still find sensation uncomfortable.

Why are you taking B12, were your levels tested and did anyone address how excessive B12 can be problematic? My neurologist instructed me to not take it. Just curious.

i got my levels tested mostly normal before has been low .

just wondering why did your neurologist said no to b12 .
i know lot of people take it for neuropathy . combination of b vitamins help with pain for many people .
