Try Leo Galland in NY. It’s out of pocket, but he does telehealth. He has put a ton of information out on his website that is the best I have come across.
Jordan Vaughn at Medhelp in Alabama tests for microclots and also does telehealth. Both understand the drivers and vascular implications of covid.

Thank you so much! Super helpful. Obviously would love to use my insurance but all of the amazing docs like Galland for good reason don’t want to fight with insurance companies. Appreciate you throwing out these two names, ridge91!

Thanks so much! There's a lot of free information from Dr. Galland online, including You Tube. So even if you have no access, geographical or monetary, to him, you can at least try his supplement protocol, which appears to include: pre- and probiotics, high polyphenol diet, vitamin D, resveratrol, curcumin, andrographis, coenzyme Q10, omega 3s. There may be more. Do be sure to buy from a reputable, well-vetted source. PS: Beware: Checking Yelp, I see that Dr. Galland gets as many one-star as five-star reviews. Unhappy patients say he's cold, disengaged and the office is mostly a money factory. His fees are exorbitant.
