@steelman48
My exact symptoms.
I just had my 2 year follow up with my R/O. I had proton radiation only.
I have to get up from sleep about 3 times a night to make sure I go before urgency hits
When I do have urgency find it very hard to get to bathroom before start to leak. What I have been doing is urinating when I can versus wait for urgency. However been reading the bladder can learn to signal when to urinate based on how much urine is in bladder thus can give a urgency of not that much urine present.
I think my bladder like yours has not become hypersensitive and when I go a small amount. Now I am not talking about something real small but seems to be about a cup most of time.
I was given a prescription for Cialis (generic was given Tadalatil) but I thought was a ED medication until I saw it was also used for prostate issues. Asked my PCP about this via portal before I fill.

Using Flomax for about 9 months now, the first 2 months it seemed to make be urinate more often and I did get dizzy going from seated to standing positions, but those side effects gradually disappeared over time. However, if I take it in the evenings it causes me to wake up multiple times during the night, to urinate. So I take it in the mornings now, with few side effects. Really the only side effect I have now is the inside of my nose is dry, just use saline spray to help this. Anyway, this is my experience so far.
