Anyone had a hemiarthroplasty with plastic prosthesis?

As no one has responded, I assume that no one has experienced a hemiarthroplasty with a Pyrocarbon prosthesis. If there are any practioners out there who have employed such a prosthesis, I would appreciate your input.
