My urologist tells me that men who get implants (they use one from Boston Scientific; you could search it) are very happy with them; he says a typical comment is “I wish I had done this years ago, it has given me confidence”. This seems too invasive to me, but it might be possible to get over my squeamishness. Nothing else is 100% effective at solving the erection problem.

Man you get my vote even wanting to look at a woman unless she’s about 20 years younger. My urologist said well if you take anti depressants that’s the issue. The boner pills help get it going but can’t feel anything.

I got an inflatable penile prostheses and an artificial urinary sphincter five months ago. I had incontinence since my radical prostatectomy in 2016 and ED since ADT in 2022. I had both surgeries at the same time. I am 74 years old and am VERY happy with the results of both. It is nice to have regular intercourse again and not have to use five or six bulky pads a day.
