Cold therapy and compression therapy have both been shown to help reduce chemo-induced peripheral neuropathy. At least one member here, @murray3 , has reported good success with acupuncture as well. I've tried all three, and can't say if they alone or collectively have helped my case; technically I couldn't tell unless I treated one hand/foot but not the other. With that said, I'm confident there's no harm done, and I might be worse off without those treatments.

There are other herbs, vitamins, foot baths, and techniques like massage that may help, or at least not hurt. However, "overdosing" on certain B vitamins has been shown to potentially make neuropathy worse, so be careful there.
