All the zenpep does is provide the mechanism for the adsorption of nutrients out of the food you take in. Are you with a partial pancreas still or without it totally as I am. Without the zenpep, if you are w/o a pancreas, you basically are just passing the food through your system w/o adsorbing any of the nutrients from the food. If you’re still with a partial pancreas then you are providing some digestive enzymes and the zenpep is just being used as a supplement to what you can still produce. Best to find it and take them with your meals and snacks as suggested by your surgeon.

Thank you. Yes, after calls to different pharmacies and on hold, and explaining the situation 8 hrs at leastI’d say, over 2 days, I found the medication.
I was told if my food choices - though I’m trying - have much fat, the ZENPEP is helpful.
