Gleeson 7 with 7.1 PSA led to same treatment plan as you. Six months Orgovyx followed by 23 IMRT treatments and one high dose brachytherapy procedure at major university health center. No issues from ADT except occasional fatigue but short lived. Waiting to go back for first post treatment blood work and PSA.
I would strongly recommend this treatment protocol to anyone vs. surgery.

@capatov thanks for the post - how old are you?
At 58 almost all urologist suggest surgery - Rad Oncologists say IMRT w/ or w/o ADT and i should be good.

I agree. After researching the options this course of treatment struck me as providing the best potential for providing a favorable outcome. I initially was set to do HDR brachytherapy but an anatomical complication precluded the procedure. LDR brachytherapy was still a viable option, so I went back a couple of weeks later.
