Help understand interval progression

First scan after 4 lanreotide monthly shots for pancreatic net grade 2 stage 4 w liver (both lobes) metastases.

Advice on understanding interval progression and also impact of tumors on veins? (Seeing doctor Monday)

Did you have your appointment today? Did you get your questions about the vein involvement answered?

Vein issue explained - but ongoing growth of liver tumor(s) means have to try new approach

Update for folks who have been so helpful - doctor appointment hard but useful. Lanreotide alone not doing its job (grade 2, stage 4 metastatic to liver, pancreatic origin NET). Moving to PRRT. Liver tumors still growing. Vein involvement not huge deal as have grown a bypass system. Next steps radiology oncologist & new PET dotatate scan then 8 months of PET.
