The caffeine in my case didn't give any kind of result. I made several attempts even going beyond 100mg. It is still a test to be done absolutely, it is one of the first attempts that the neurologists made me do, I hope that in your case it will help you.

Did you take the caffeine before bed or when you were woken with a headache?
My headache isn’t every night so it will take a week + to know if effective.
Research speaks to a max caffeine 400mg/day. Doesn’t give you when or how to take.
