You are welcome. Are you prepared for tomorrow?
Hoping so. We have a list of questions and plans for right after. Many of my questions have to do with the veins…. But I have to try to let my partner lead for herself … thanks again

You are welcome. Sounds like you are ready. Don't be afraid to admit that you don't understand what the doctor is saying. I told my doc at one point that I had no idea what he was talking about. He asked if drawing me a picture would help. I gladly accepted the offer and asked if he could use words a 6th grader could understand. To my surprise, he said sure. It took about 15 minutes, but I understood what was wrong with my body including the veins being blocked. That made it easier to follow through with his suggested treatment. I still have that picture three years later. Good luck. Please keep me posted ok?
Wow. Interesting. Thanks Susan. Sounds pretty complicated.
Update: on to PRRT …
That's awesome. How do you folks feel about it? Any initial concerns?
Feeling a bit discouraged as had hoped for better lanreotide effects. However: onward!!
I coached sports for a number of years. I always told the kids that the most important play is the next one. You can't change what is already done good or bad. So focus on your next play. Onward it is!!!!
Hello @susan481,
I see that you have already received a lot of helpful posts from @tomrennie and @lindabees.
Did you have your appointment today? Did you get your questions about the vein involvement answered?
I look forward to hearing from you again. Will you post an update when it is convenient?
Thanks
