IMHO: That's a LOT of Rx and still no relief!
You need to get a second opinion and start from zero. Perhaps the wrong Dx... wrong lab tests... wrong Rx.
Ask friends, family, search your insurance plan providers, Google for a Neurology or Rheumatology referral.

I have had numerous doctors over the years. I have moved states and doctors always start over and stop all meds and they always end up giving me the same meds. I have pretty well give up. I figured at my age they don't care. I am of the expendable age.
