I have started taking most of the recommend supplements that Dr. McCormick recommends however, I choose to take them individually rather than making is simple and buying his. However, I can’t find a 300 mg magnesium Malate Chelate, Bisglycinate or Taurate. Does anyone know of a quality brand that offers one of those forms of magnesium? Any that I find seem to have oxide filler. To simplify things I'm very close to trying McCormicks supplements however, I have invested so much in single supplements that I’d like to use them before making a change.

To get a daily dose close to 300mg magnesium glycinate/day, I use two brands: Qunol Extra Strength (420mg/2 capsules) and Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate which has 105mg in 2 capsules. I take one of the Qunol (210mg) and two of the Doctor's Best (105mg) to equal 315mg. The Doctor's Best does list silicon dioxide as an ingredient.
