OP pain!
I have terrible pain across my whole thoracic area. Is this just OP pain or am I still healing from the 5 fractures I suffered in Nov/Dec? It is incredibly painful to walk or stand for any amount of time. Pain med rarely helps. Will this pain be FOREVER???
Is OP very painful?

@ladybear57 I’m sorry to hear about your pain.
Osteoporosis does not cause pain. I’ve had it for at 18 years.
I would think your pain maybe from the fractures. Sounds like you may need an anti-inflammation pain reliever. I’m not a doctor of course.
I wish you well.
Thank you.

Five fractures are a lot! I had one at T8 in December 2023 and still have pain from it if I don't watch my posture carefully and don't do my back exercises every day. The pain has diminished over time but it was at least 9 months before I didn't have pain every day. It does get better.
I hope that if you have healed you are doing some physical therapy to help. One of the challenges I had is that because of the nerve root compression my back muscles got very weak during the healing period. I did 12 physical therapy sessions over a couple of months then continued at home to strengthen my back muscles.
Thank you. Yes, I am going to PT 3x weekly and have been for at least 2-2 1/2 months. Will continue with this as long as I can.
