I am 78 and while I have ED due to radiation for prostate cancer, I still have desire for orgasm and quality sexual intercourse. I enjoy an orgasm in any way it occurs. I have started using a Vacuum Erection Device (pump) to increase my erections to 100% hardness. It does work. I use viagra in advance to assure blood flow to the penis and after an hour I apply the VED to obtain a quality erection which is more than adequate for great sex. I have also started to use TRI-MIX injections and an alternative to the VED. It produces a very high quality erection even without stimulation. It does require a little more calibration of dosage, which your urologist and specify. These erections last at least an hour if desired. I suggest you ask your Dr. to help you out.
