In theory, how can red light laser therapy do anything to help with our neuropathy? Maybe it helps with the pain? I don't see how it can help regenerate or repair damaged nerves, once they're dead or badly damaged, there's no going back.

Red Light and Near Infrared Light are reputed to cause the exposed area to produce collegan, (spelling?), and increase the level of nitric oxide in the blood. If those would help remedy the problem then it follows that enough exposure would be helpful. Whatever enough is. My jury is still out.
