Crowlee—LDN is low dose naltraxone. It is given in high doses (50 mg+) to help opiate abusers get off of opiates. Low dose naltraxone in 1.5 mg-6mg is given to those with long covid. It appears to help with fatique. I am on 3 mg at present and don’t note a lot of difference in my fatigue level.

tslayden - thank you! Turns out I have tried that, but didn't realize it was called that. (didn't help and had side effects)
