A few months after my treatment ended (chemo, radiation, brachytherapy) I thought I had sciatica. Long story short, I had a pelvic insufficiency fracture. As you didn’t have pelvic radiation, I suspect that this is not the case, but I just wanted to put it out there as yet another side effect of treatment on that long list of possibilities.

Hello I had the same experience and had pt which helped resolve the issues. The symptoms were similar to sciatica but determined not to be. Again a few visits with ot PT and doing exercises at home cleared it up. Since then have been diagnosed with insufficiency fractures also but the symptoms for me are very different mire low back pain than pain in hips
