I had the same experience, but they still would not accept me because my initial Covid case was more than 2 years ago. They initial Covid case date you list must be less than 2 years ago to be considered.

What do they mean by initial Covid. The first Covid episode you had (out of multiple) or the date when you first got the single Covid episode?

To clarify, to be considered by Mayo's Long Covid Clinic, the initial Covid case date must be less than 2 years.
