This is what I found too! I wish someone would make a type III collagen supplement based on evidenced based practice for those of us that would like to continue ALL the other positive benefits of taking collagen.
It's such a double edged sword for those of us being forced into menopause with treatment. Collagen really helps with hair proliferation and joint pain.

I am also wondering about collagen ..... I've had lumpectomy 12/23 and currently on Tamoxifen . I am 55- noticed thinning hair... Really thought about some internal help for that reason but afraid of it after some research. My oncologist didn't have an opinion about collagen ... she just said there is no interaction with Tamoxifen ... Not sure what to do ...
