Can low testosterone cause testicular pain?

I started orgovyx after a 3 month Eligard injection but I am having some testicular pain. The reason i switched to Orgovyx from Eligard was the groin pain. Does anyone know how to manage this type of pain?

One of the known side effects of ADT is testicular pain. Must admit it is quite rare.
