@jeffmarc: When you say that surgery and radiation have similar success rates, as you often do, you refer to surgery only, correct? What RT do you compare it to? My reading is that RTmax (EBRT+Brachy boost+ADT) is slightly better than surgery only but has higher toxicity snd even higher ED risk. Are you comparing to RT monotherapy?
