Was there any news for someone who cant take any medications for osteoporosis to switch to
calcium aspartate anhydrous, which is said to increase bone density instead or calcium carbonate, or to take one dose of one and the other dose of the other in the middle of the day. Thank YOU

Nothing specifically on calcium aspartate anhydrous but this might help. Assuming no "medications" can be used, the best things you can do to maintain your bones are; maintain your 25(OH) vitamin D3 levels between 30-50ng/mL, ensure you are getting 1200 to 1500mg of calcium per day (total food + supplements and not more than 500mg at any one time), eat a healthy Mediterranean diet with a good amount of protein, and do weight bearing exercise. The type of calcium (citrate, carbonate, aspartate...) does not really matter as long as it's taken with food. It all breaks down very efficiently to calcium ion when taken with food. There were presentations this year on diet and the need for protein being very helpful for bone health.

BTW, not sure if you consider taking bio identical estrogen (estradiol, the same stuff your body used to produce) as medication, but it's great for bones.
