I found that stretching seems to agitate the nerves and makes the pain and needles worse. Everyone is different. I have a bottle of ALA and it says to take 2 tablets on an empty stomach, and 2 total 1,500mg. I have not tried it yet. Maybe I should start with just one. Have you noticed any difference with it? If so, after how long? Thank you.
Wonderful, that no pills. I am trying same. May I ask where do you buy your ALA 600Mmg from and brand ?

Good for you lindybowers? I am in the non-diabetic neuropathy crowd and believe I entered that crowd by taking two days worth of tapering methylprednisolone. I had such a reaction that second night and discontinued it posthaste. Have not been the same since. One doctor wanted to give me gabapentin as a calmative and my pc tried to get me on zoloft. No to all of it. I also take ALA 600 and B-12. Magnesium also in the mix. I also do some stretching incorporating tai chi and elements of ballet. Moving is the best but doctors do not even emphasize that!
