Hi, sorry to hear you’re in more pain than you think you should be. Tbh, I don’t remember how I felt at that point (it was just over two years ago), but my calendar shows I was well into physical therapy by then. Are you in physical therapy yet? And/or are you doing your prescribed stretching/strengthening exercises at home? I started PT with a telehealth appointment two weeks after my TSR. Then two weeks later I started going to physical therapy in person.
