I think it’s very rare and some people get lucky. My dentist is very strict and I did follow his instructions and went off Prolia for 4 months. I went back on it 4 weeks ago. I’ve been working out and increasing my weights slightly every week. I pray I’ll be one of the lucky ones and not get a spinal fracture. I don’t think my numbers are as bad as some. I do a lot of core exercises and hope for the best.
