Pain Management Rehabilitation program? Looking to connect with others

Started 2 weeks ago with another 3 weeks to go. I attend twice per week at 4- 4.5 hours per session. Sessions are conducted by qualified health professionals and so far quite good and starting to see a very little in pain relief. Brisbane, Australia.

Could you find out whether this program has a list of practioners throughout the US (or world) that share their philosophy? I'm thinking that they would have local resources for people who graduate from their program since it isn't feasible to keep traveling to Mayo. I'm looking for someone local who has a similar outlook, since I am not well enough to travel to any of the Mayo locations. They are all about 20 hours from me. Thank you for any input you can give!
