They upset my stomach to, but I take them after a meal, or I take them, then eat and they don't bother me at all. Good Luck
I haven't had any bloodwork done for the alpha lipoid. I even told my Neuropathy Doctor I am taking it and it helps. She did not know about it, but she said she was going to research it so she could tell her patients. They do not have anything now that will help Neuropathy. Don't understand why?????????? PS. DONT take it with all that other stuff in it. just the Alpha Lipoid

I'm sitting here in shock. Your Dr. is actually going to research a supplement that actually helps, AND suggest it to her other patients? Wow! if she was my Dr., i think i would keep her. I've seen many Md.s, over my life time, and only 1 was actually interested in natural things i was doing. But, sad for me, he moved on to a different location. Maybe next time you see her, you can print out an article on the supplement, or copy pages out of a book you have, and give it to her, just in case...she had been too busy to actually check it out. If MD's would work with alternative dr.s, i think life would be so much better combining their knowledge.......I'm jealous , it sounds like she is a dr., i have been looking for.
