I tried to schedule an appointment with the Mayo Long Clinic in Jacksonville, but they wouldn't accept me. They said they require proof of a COVID-19 infection, which I don't have since I was never medically diagnosed with it. I self-tested at home.

I got into the Rochester Long Covid Clinic, though they say the same thing. I just gave them the date I had a positive home test. They didn't ask for proof . . .
