Mayo's Long Covid Clinic in Rochester will prescribe both maraviroc and atorvastatin. I don't know about any other parts of the protocol. But if you want those, perhaps the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville might help?

I tried to schedule an appointment with the Mayo Long Clinic in Jacksonville, but they wouldn't accept me. They said they require proof of a COVID-19 infection, which I don't have since I was never medically diagnosed with it. I self-tested at home.
