Scan shows interval progression on lanreotide: Is CAPTEM next?

If first scan shows interval progression while on lanreotide only, is captem the next step? Seeing doctor Monday)

It seems to be! That’s what I had I have similar type pancreatic primary metatastic to the liver

Lots of ways you could go. I had Folfox through a chemo port (6 cycles) then PRRT (4 rounds), back on lanreotide only for a while, then distal pancreatectomy, now on cabozantinib. As they say lots of tools on in the toolbox but they still may run out at some point.
