Hi!
Sure, here’s what I take for gut: Butyrate, l-glutamine, Resveratrol, PEA although some are also good for MCAS like PEA.

Bc everything affects each other my MCAS of Zyrtec/Pepcid 2x/day has also been helpful.

I also take Berberine for gut and mitochondrial dysfunction. And high doses of Omega 3’s algae (I’m allergic to fish), vitamin C, d,e,zinc, urolithin A, astaxanthin as antioxidants to help clear out what my body is having trouble clearing.

For mito supplements I take PC, NR, L-carnitine along with my Ubiquinol (300-400mg). I tried adding PQQ (this helps with mito biogenesis, making more mito, but my body wasn’t ready yet. I need to keep building healthier, functioning mito first).

Also giving my mito support has helped my gut some too.

Although I do suffer from chronic SIBO issues, so looking into FMT. I take micro doses of boulardii, infantis, and plantarum each night. I can take a full dose as it puts me into more SIBO and a world of hurt gut wise. So building my biome is very challenging. Hence FMT.

Hope there’s something here that’s maybe helpful!
