Have a spinal stimulator implant done. It will be life changing for you.
I have most likely more damage to my lumbar area than you and it relieved, at minimum 80% of the pain.

Thank you but my experience is the thrill of pain-free doesn’t last very long and everybody I know that has had them has them removed and is disappointed. My lumbar surgery was super successful and my NOT pain-free area is in the Coccyx tailbone.
What I think is important for my body is not to have nerves being crushed so that my legs atrophy and suffer pain while the nerves keep getting impinged because the disc is falling out. So unless you tell me the stimulator stimulates muscle growth and support I wouldn’t be a fan. As I use the pain to tell me when I need to make changes. But thank you for sharing your experience!!!
