My T score in the spine went from -3.1 to -2.1 after 7 months on Tymlos. I am thrilled. I was already taking calcium and vit D3 w/K2. I had been tested thoroughly by an endocrinologist for hyperparathyroid and other congenital causes, all negative. I also went back on estrogen and progesterone, plus some testosterone cream. I have a lot more energy and mental focus.
