Hello. I was diagnosed with "aggressive" bladder cancer in 2017. Had TURBT a few weeks later. There were more tumors than expected and the procedure took almost an hour. Due to the amount of scraping involved over such a large area, Dr didn't flush my bladder with chemo afterwards. Dr said I'd most likely lose my bladder. I had cystoscope follow up every 3 months for a year, then every 6 months for a year and am now having annual cystoscopes. I had a couple biopsies within the first year and those were negative. There is every reason to be hopeful and optimistic. A cancer diagnosis is scary..I know..but, somehow, I've beaten the odds. I don't see why others can't too!

That's fantastic! So happy for you.....

I am a copycat for you. Had the operation that 'removed' the cancer. Several follow -ups on three mon6th intervals and now entering the 6 month stage. When the guy fell off the 20 story building, they heard him as he passed the 10th floor, "So far, so goo"

If bladder cancer is found quickly it is curable. If you don't mind my asking how did you know it was bladder cancer
