I surely feel for you, But you are not alone in your quest..
I had 3 same knee surgeries .. First one put no cement in and I could not walk.
2nd opinion , said it was also twisted a little, got along ok but pain around the knee never went away.
Third one, I had blood test that cost mr $600.. as medicare does not pay for it. I am off the charts allergic to nickel. He put in a titanum knee and I was so very very happy . Only had to do 2 sessions with pt. I could do everything , did not have to use walker or cane. I had no problems until 6 months out and my knee started to buckle. He said I needed pt again and gave me injection. I went to pt, they said they could no nothing for me as I did not need them. So on i go. suffering with the pain. After one year i go back for check up and asked if i could be allergic to this knee and he said no. Sent me to pt again this time with ultrasound on the knee. After 12 sessions pt released me and told me to go back to dr. Dr. said there was nothing left to do.
So I live with the pain,, not happy, can not stand for long, can not walk any distance, have gained weight from sitting so much.. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone.

I have two neighbors both in their 70’s who have had total knee replacements and both are fine.

My surgeon put nickel I stead of Titanum and I was allergic to nickel. Why not do blood test to check allergies.

The Dr.s sometime take no responsibility or level with you. Scar tissue is the big excuse as to why you are in pain at kneecap caused by “fibroblasts”. If you are quote”an excessive generator of scar tissue” you are sunk on improving ROM. I’m supposedly one of this lucky ones. I don’t have a pain in kneecap on right TKR. Go figure? I’ve had TKR/Revision/MUA and ROMNOF 73 after last 50 PT session’s . I know this doesn’t help but is one case history.
