@januaryjane If you want to communicate your frustration to this medical practice here is what I suggest. Ask who the practice manager is. The practice manager is often an RN and this is the person who handles and oversees the clinical side of the practice. My husband got nowhere trying to find a different medical provider within a very large practice (he did not feel confident with the assigned provider) so finally he spoke with the practice manager. This worked. You can ask the practice manager all kinds of questions about how the medical practice is run and let the person know how this problem affects you, the patient. Then, if you have already decided to go elsewhere you can let the practice manager know this too.

If you decide to do this I hope you will be listened to. At least you will know that your frustration was communicated to the person that can actually make changes in how patients are kept informed.

In the meantime, have you already started to look for a different doctor?

Im in the process. For now I booked with another Dr in that clinic to follow-up with.
