The blood pressure usually drops after eating within about 20 - 30 minutes for me, but in the online info I’ve found about the condition it can be up to 2 hours after eating. It happens to me every time I eat. Standing or sitting does not impact the change at all as well as I can tell. I have orthostatic hypotension too, but I’m waiting for the results of a tilt table to see how that pans out. How about you, do you have OH? Very unsettling for me, I have some other symptoms that make me think of Multiple System Atrophy. 😔 PS I don’t get dizzy or have headaches at all. It’s really strange.
