@daj3333 MFR releases tight muscle and fascia which is connective tissue. That can put restrictions on muscles and joints and nerves that travel through small spaces. MFR can get the body better aligned which may reduce nerve pain if that pain is caused by compression, and if MFR can loosen that tissue. If pain is due to actual nerve damage, MFR may not help. There may be multiple areas that generate pain in a nerve and it may not be possible to tell if some or all areas are generating pain. You may not know unless you try it. My personal experience is treating Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) which is a compression syndrome. Also, I have had surgical scar tissue tightness released with MFR. I get better body alignment of my spine and pelvis with MFR.

Thank you for the information. I have ideopathic SFN which I believe was caused by the Shingrix vaccine so not sure how helpful MFR would be for me but I may give it a try.
