Sorry to hear you are worried. We on Connect are not medical professionals, and personally I can't read a scan. Maybe you should get a second opinion from an oncologist? You might also talk to your PCP to see what they suggest. I certainly understand the anxiety. Did you share your concerns about waiting with your initial doctor? Maybe get more information from that office too? Do you basically trust the doctor who said to come back in 6 months? I know how frustrating this can be. I'm guessing/hoping more medical opinions will give you clarity.
