I just asked my son to do the math. I'm way off. P1NP 250mcg/ml= 250,000 mcg /L . if that is correct ..yikes.

The conversions by you or your son are both correct:
P1NP 250mcg/ml = 250,000mcg/L = 250,000ng/ml
