@januaryjane Crazy, I know, but this just happened to me. My PT left the clinic after many years of treating me. Even though he gave his employers 30 days notice, his contract with them did not allow him to tell his patients or referring docs until 10 days before his departure. Neither is his staff is allowed to tell any of us where he is going. . I will try his senior partner, and if that fails, use my detective skills to track him down.
