@daj3333 Myofascial release works because of a shearing action on the fascia and the therapist has to hold the tension and wait for the tissue to release. If a force is too strong or not creating the easy shearing tension, it may not help much. You can find mfr therapists at mfrtherapists. Com

What I had done was not mfr. When you say mfr works, does it work for nerve pain or for other conditions such as muscle or other tissue tightness?
