I was not prescribed for birth control. Dr had a clinical trial in process at the time I was prescribed. I am the only one who had this experience. My family history is a contraindication for me to have that drug. My mother's cause of death and prior history was pulmonary emboli.
I will take blood thinner medication for the remainder of my life.
