I saw my doctor yesterday and, upon physical examination, my vaginal cuff has not completely healed. It has been 12 weeks post surgery. He saw a little white substance (could be nightly estrogen cream that I am prescribed) upon examination and testing for yeast infection . He has ordered CT scan of Abdomen and Pelvis w/contrast.

@farrplace2025318 Thank you so much for coming back here and letting me know. I've been thinking about you and wondering why you were still bleeding. I'm so relieved that your doctor examined you carefully and noted that it was the vaginal cuff that was not completely healed and this could be why you are still bleeding. It's also a relief that the doctor ordered a CT of your abdomen and pelvis with contrast to completely evaluate you.

Did your same doctor prescribe the estrogen cream to be used nightly? What is the reason for the estrogen cream?
