Hi, @harishkumar - that would be frustrating to be trying to study and have a headache come on.

Tagging @roseann4z @aleshapeterson from this discussion to offer any insights they can on a headache that develops in the front region of your head with pressure. @ritacous40 @churchaustin2 @jenniferhunter also may have some insights for you.

Have you been to your primary care doctor or a neurologist specializing in headaches? Or are you not at that point yet? If you have seen a doctor, did they offer a diagnosis?

@harishkumar The headaches that I get are either related to allergies or my neck because I am a spine patient and have muscle spasms that affect my neck. Headaches in the forehead are usually sinus and allergies for me. I do allergy shots and take anti histamines to get it under control as well as HEPA air filtration in my house. Sinus issues can progress to an infection and my doctor has me treat that with an antibiotic ointment topically inside my nose. Dehydration also causes headaches, and caffeine exacerbates dehydration, so drinking lots of water helps.

There are so many causes for headaches. It may be helpful to keep a journal to track your headaches to try to determine a cause. Has your doctor provided a direction to help diagnose your symptoms?
