Do the tremors get worse when you are stressed? Are they appearing anywhere else in your body?

I get tremors especially when I get nervous. I have been diagnosed with FND, Functional Neurological Disorder. It’s a “software” problem. My brain is ok, it’s not communicating correctly with my body. I need a reboot!

I think you would benefit from a visit to a neurologist.

I haven’t really noticed whether they worsen with stress, it’s only my neck and head that move.
It’s a relief to hear your brain is fine. In my case, the movements are distracting, so my performance may suffer.
I’ll see a neurologist and keep you updated.
