I found this thread through a search. One day, I woke up and noticed sudden tremors in my neck. My job requires intense mental effort, and I’ve observed that the tremors become more frequent when I’m thinking hard. I haven’t undergone any diagnosis yet.
Do you notice a different pattern based on mental activity?

@rimam sorry you have this going on.
Do the tremors get worse when you are stressed? Are they appearing anywhere else in your body?

I get tremors especially when I get nervous. I have been diagnosed with FND, Functional Neurological Disorder. It’s a “software” problem. My brain is ok, it’s not communicating correctly with my body. I need a reboot!

I think you would benefit from a visit to a neurologist.
