Broken wrist, declined surgery here. 2 months today, out of cast.
I am not a doctor, but this is what I use for pain.
Comfrey salve, magnesium cream along with homeopathic OTC medication I get at Farmer Joes. I just heard of OTC medication called Nervive nerve relief that I haven’t tried yet.
Hope this helps, I feel your pain, hope to here any kind of update of your progress, since I am struggling with stiffness and creaky fingers.

2 months in cast? Wow, that IS a looong time, but obviously necessary for your particular injury.
I have been out of cast for several weeks now, but still feel tweaks and pain at different times. At first, I thought I was incurring injuries or possibly a re-fracture, but seems that the pain comes and goes. In the last couple of months, I've started lifting again and so far, so good...light wgts tho, so I'm frustrated.
But anyway, I so hope the stiffness and creakiness gets better, and I definitely think it will! Most everyone I know had pain afterwards for quite awhile, so hang in there!!
